New Patient Inquiries

For patients seeking medication management services: Please note that Dr. David Aversa is booking into March 2020. He accepts child/adolescent/young adult clients with Anthem, Cigna, Aetna, Optum, Magellan, and Yale Health Plan only. He cannot accept clients with Medicaid, Medicare, or Beacon Health Options insurances at our practice. 

Stephen Morley, APRN currently has a wait list of about 3 months for new patients. To be added to the wait list, please contact Monica at the  information below. We apologize for the delays.
